Dear members,
Brotherton House is currently closed due to an office refurbishment. The Credit Union Staff are working from home and are able to process your requests as normal. We are visiting the office once per week to pick up any voicemail messages that have been left however, many members are not leaving contact numbers or even names in some instances so that we can call you back.
The quickest way to contact us is via email as the email box is monitored and if you email us before 3;30pm you will receive a reply the same day. If an email is received after 3:30pm we will contact you the next morning. The email address to contact us is [email protected].
The refurbishment is due to be completed by 3rd August when staff will be back in the office.
