We are looking to recruit a new Member Services Officer

Salford Credit Union is all about helping local people get better off-encouraging regular saving, offering affordable loans and helping grow our local economy.

Our new Member Services Officer will be positive, self-motivated, like a challenge and want to make a real difference to people’s lives. We’re a small team and always busy so you will enjoy being flexible to get the job done.

The role provides support across a range of credit union activities- including promoting services, memberships, loans, financial transactions and reception.

Member Services Officer role offers £15,600 for 30 hours average per week, generally four 7 hour days plus alternate Thursday mornings (subject to negotiation)

Because of the nature of the role the successful candidate will need a credit check, DBS check and to become a member of Salford Credit Union.
